Matcha green tea powder burns if you use boiling water, and it will taste bitter, so always make sure to mix your matcha powder with just steaming water, we mean just when the kettle starts to steam, around 70 to 80°C. You will use this water just to dissolve the matcha green tea powder.
So, grab your matcha bowl and add the Matcha Oishii green tea powder, pour in the warm water and make a thick matcha paste using your matcha whisk, then add the rest of the water and whisk until you create top foam.
Decorate your favorite cup with the red syrup creating spooky patterns, add the ice cubes to the cup. Then, pour in your favorite milk.
Pour in the previously prepared matcha powder and watch the vibrant green color make swirls in the white milk, creating a mesmerizing halloween matcha latte that would make any witch or wizard proud.
Once your matcha latte is beautifully served in the cup, with the red syrup, it's time to decorate it with your favorite Halloween-themed gummies, marshmallows or treats. Whether it's adorned with ghosts, pumpkins, or black cats, the choice is yours. Just be sure to serve it with a spooky smile and a sprinkle of Halloween magic.

METHOD
1. Start by placing your Chawan matcha tea bowl in the refrigerator beforehand, if possible. If you did not do this, do not worry, you can do this step the next time, or just skip this step if you prefer.
2. Add 2 tp 4 scoops with your Chashaku bamboo scoop or 1/2 to 1 tsp of Organic Matcha Oishii powder to your Chawan. Depending, on how strong you like your iced matcha tea to be. You can start by adding less, and work your way up, or find how much matcha powder you should add to your tea bowl according to your taste preference.
3. Run your Chasen matcha bamboo whisk under water or soak it in water for a couple of seconds, otherwise the prongs will break.
4. Add a few drops of water to your chawan matcha tea bowl, and with the chasen bamboo whisk softly start to make a thick matcha paste, dissolving the powder with the water that you have added. The matcha paste should look like this.
5. Then, add about 40ml of room temperature water, and whisk rapidly, without touching the bottom of the bowl (otherwise the prongs of your Chasen will break), do this first in an "i" shape, front to back quickly, and then in an "m" shape to smoothen the big bubbles and create small bubbles. This will result in a thick layer of top foam.
6. Add the rest of the water. You can decide to add your favorite milk instead if you prefer to make a matcha latte instead.
7. Add 2-3 ice cubes to your iced matcha tea and enjoy the tastiest iced matcha tea.
8. Do not forget to rinse your Chasen bamboo whisk and place on top of the kusenaoshi whisk holder so it dries properly and it retains its shape.
9. You can decide to optionally add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of vanilla syrup to give it a sweeter taste, but our Organic Matcha Oishii is sweet enough on it's own, naturally.

For the cream

Get your Matcha for this recipe here!
DIRECTIONS
Start by preparing the liquid mixture for the lady fingers.
For this, add your matcha powder to a bowl, then add just a bit of water and make a thick matcha paste, until the powder is well dissolved. Then add the rest of the water and mix again, until the powder is completely dissolved.
*Then add the sake, this is optional. You can decide to skip this step if you do not wish to have alcohol on your dessert.
Reserve liquid mixture.
Then, prepare the matcha tiramisu cream. For this, start by adding the mascarpone to a bowl, then pour in the heavy cream, add the sugar, and at last add the matcha powder. It is best to sift the matcha powder to not have any lumps in the cream.
Mix all of these ingredients with a hand or stand mixer until you form stiff peaks and the cream is fluffy and consistent.
Now comes the fun part!
Start to assemble your matcha tiramisu no bake! You will do this by soaking 2 lady finger cookies at a time in the matcha liquid mix, you need the cookies to be soft, but make sure not to leave the cookies in for too long as otherwise they will start to disintegrate in the liquid mix.
Grab the matcha soaked lady finger cookies and start to accommodate them in a squared or rectangular shaped mold, preferably cristal, as it will look nicer.
You will start to layer. One layer of matcha soaked lady finger cookies, and one of matcha cream. Continue until you run out of cream. Make sure you finish with the cream, not the cookies. You can use a piping bag to apply the cream or simply a spatula.
Finally, sprinkle your matcha tiramisu with matcha powder by sifting the powder on top of the prepared matchamisu.
Refrigerate the matcha tiramisu for at least one hour.
Enjoy, you can top with fresh strawberries when you serve or any other berries.

To make this gorgeously delicious matcha marble pound cake you need to preheat your oven to 180C.
Start by greasing a cake loaf pan and then lining it up with baking paper, this will prevent your matcha marble pound cake from sticking to the pan.
You will need a hand or stand mixer for this recipe.
Cream the butter and sugar together until they are very well combined and you get a creamy rich texture.
Continue by adding one by one the eggs, and make sure you get a rich smooth texture in your mixture.
Add in the vanilla and mix well.
Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Carefully fold in the butter and egg mixture into the flour, until combined.
Now comes the most important part of the recipe! Separate the mixture into three different bowls, making sure that you add the same amount to each of the bowls. You can do this using a scale if you have one.
You will then have 3 different bowls, to the first one you will add the cocoa powder, to the second one you will add the pumpkin spice and to the third bowl you will add your organic high quality Matcha powder.
Making sure that your ingredients are very well combined in each of the three bowls.
Once you have combined thoroughly the ingredients in the 3 bowls, add 1 Tbsp of milk into each of the different mixtures. If you want, you can add an extra Tbsp if the mixture seems too dry for you.
Now comes the fun part! Assembling the matcha marble pound cake!
In your cake loaf tin, previously greased and lined with baking paper, add a spoon of each of the three mixtures (the pumpkin spice, the cocoa and the Matcha).
The most important thing is to alternate by adding one scoop at a time of each of the three different mixtures, so you get a nice swirl in your matcha marble pounf cake.
According to Sabrina from the Semi Sweet Edit, the best is using a toothpick to swirl the mixture in a figure '8' configuration, and also just up and down the pan, to create the marble effect.
Once you have your matcha marble cake mixture ready is time to bake it. Bake at 180C for 55 to 60min. Until you can insert a tooth pick into the cake and that comes out clean.
Once the matcha marble pound cake is done, let it cool down for 15 minutes.
