Matcha Pickled Cauliflower Escabeche Recipe
Servings: 1 big serving to use several times

Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower
1/2 small jalapeño
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
For the sauce
1 ½ cups distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Organic Matcha Oishii matcha powder

Method
Add cauliflower, jalapeño, garlic, and lemon juice to a glass jar
Heat sauce in a saucepan
Turn off when it boils
Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, the longer the better
Keep refrigerated
Enjoy on top of your toast, roast, or favorite foods!
