3 Mashed Ripe Bananas

1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots

2 Cups of Natural Oats

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Cup of Almond Milk

2 Eggs

1 Tbsp organic Matcha Oishii powder

Mash the bananas, and then add one by one, all of the rest of the ingredients to the mashed bananas bowl.

Add the organic Matcha and make sure you mix all of the ingredients very well.

It is important that you incorporate the ingredients correctly so that the matcha oatmeal muffins have the right consistency. You can mix the ingredients by hand or with a hand or stand mixer. 

Just make sure not to overmix the matcha oatmeal muffin mix.

Make sure the matcha powder is very well incorporated, until you achieve an even green color. 

Pour around 1/4 of a cup of the matcha oatmeal mix into the muffins pan. 

Bake for 30min at 180C and make sure you let the muffins cool down in a cooling rack before you eat them, for at least 10 minutes.
