- Elasticity and Skin Tone
Using matcha on your skin will reduce your skin's inflammation, and because of the very high levels of epigallocatechin gallate also known as EGCG that it contains, which are the result of the catechins that are collected in the plant of the green tea leaf, this powerful antioxidant will help you promote your skin's elastin and also boost a firmer skin tone. Matcha will make your skin more elastic, that is why many say that matcha tea is anti-aging! So now you know the answer to how does matcha help with glowing skin!
