METHOD

Start by making the milk jelly and let it set. Only when the milk part is set, start to prepare the sakura jelly.

In a pot, bring to a boil all of the ingredients of the milk jelly until it starts to boil. Pour it in your container.

Allow for the milk part to solidify before you pour in the pink Sakura jelly on top. This should not take long as Agar-Agar cools down and solidifies quickly!

Now, let's start to make the sakura cherry blossom jelly.

For the Sakura jelly, simply, add all of the ingredients including the Sakura powder to a pot, and bring to a boil. Pour in the sakura cherry blossom jelly vegan on top of the milk jelly that has already solidified, make sure you do this slowly.

Allow for the sakura jelly to set.
