2 to 3 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream, Vegan works great too
50ml Water, Room Temperature
1/2 tsp Organic Hojicha powder by Matcha Oishii
1. The most important thing is to prepare the hojicha tea first, by adding the hojicha powder to any bowl and simply dissolving it with the water, until all is well incorporated and there are no lumps. This should take just a few seconds, as our hojicha powder is very fine.
2. Serve the vanilla ice cream or your favorite flavor on your favorite ice cream cup.
3. Pour in the previously prepared hojicha on top of the ice cream, and enjoy the most delicious hojicha affogato.
