Matcha French Toast - Matcha Oishii

Ingredients

6 pieces of bread

1 egg

20ml water to dissolve your organic Matcha Oishii powder

1 Tbsp organic Matcha Oishii powder

50ml of milk

1 tsp vanilla

Sugar

Matcha Oishii powder to sprinkle

METHOD


To make this matcha french toast you will first start by mixing tall of the liquid ingredients together. So, mix the eggs, milk and vanilla together. 

This step is very important for your matcha french toast to be perfect! Add your Matcha Oishii powder to a bowl, and mix it with a bit of hot water until it is very well dissolved. Once your matcha powder is completely incorporated in the water, pour in your liquid mixture for your matcha french toast!

Soak in the slices of bread in the matcha french toast mix, on both sides.

Green Tea French Toast - Matcha Oishii

Heat up the pan with a bit of butter and bake your bread for 4 min on each side with a lid on, using low heat.

Now you're matcha french toast is almost ready!

Just mix a bit of sugar and Matcha Oishii powder, and cover your bread with the powdered mix. 

Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
