Energy balls are the perfect healthy treat, we mean it. They are just so easy to make, hassle-free, quick, and perfect to eat on the go. In fact, these are no-bake matcha energy balls, gluten-free and you can have them ready for snacking during the day. These matcha energy balls came out so tasty, that when they were all gone, our little one was still asking for more... just imagine!

To be honest, this was our first time making energy balls, but we absolutely loved it! This recipe of matcha green tea energy balls is sweet, but with the pistachio, it just makes it a playful experience.

Energy balls can also be called bliss balls, protein balls, but we have chosen to name this matcha green tea energy balls. And all you'll need for this is 5 ingredients: coconut flakes, coconut oil, matcha green tea powder, pistachio nuts, and pitted dates.

  1. Refrigerate the matcha green tea energy balls mixture for 30 minutes before forming the bliss balls so it's easier to roll the balls.
  2. Start to scoop out balls about the size of a walnut. You can use a cookie scoop to form the balls.
  3. Store your matcha energy balls in a container and keep them in the refrigerator.

It is always best to use Medjool dates, as they are richer and sweeter, but if you can't find them any dates are fine.
