The best? this vegan matcha yogurt bark is super healthy! This matcha yogurt bark is also vegan, as we have used coconut yogurt to prepare it, and it does taste like glory!

Matcha Yogurt Bark Recipe

Servings: 15 pieces

Prep time: 10 minutes, 3 hours freezing time (best if left overnight)             

Total time: 3 hours 10 minutes 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 10gr of Premium Classic Grade Matcha Oishii
  • 2 Tbsp of Agave Syrup, Maple Syrup or Honey 
  • 300gr of vegan Coconut Yogurt, replace with greek yogurt if desired
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (do not add if you use dairy yogurt)
  • Toppings of your choice! We used dried strawberries, coconut flakes, and nuts

DIRECTIONS
Matcha Yogurt Bark Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the Coconut Yogurt with the lemon juice and stir. If you decide to use regular dairy yogurt, do not add lemon juice. 
  2. Add the agave syrup and combine with the rest of the ingredients. 
  3. Pour in the Matcha green tea powder and mix well, until you get an even green color.
  4. Pour your matcha yogurt bark mixture over a flat tray.
  5. Add your favorite toppings, we love to use dried strawberries, walnuts and coconut.
  6. Allow for the mixture to freeze for at least 3 hours, it is best to leave overnight.
  7. Take out of the freezer and cut in even pieces.
  8. Enjoy your healthy matcha yogurt bark and don't forget to share with your loved ones!
