Servings: 6 Blueberry Matcha Popsicles of approximately 120ml each
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 4 hours and 10 minutes, freezing time
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp of Premium Classic Grade Matcha Oishii
- ½ Cup of Yogurt (Greek, Vanilla, Vegan, Dairy-free)
- ¼ Cup of Agave Syrup (you can replace with sugar, honey, or your favorite sweetener)
- ½ Cup of Blueberries
DIRECTIONS
How to make the best Matcha Green Tea Popsicles :
- For about 5 minutes, heat blueberries in a small pan with a tiny bit of water until they start to release their own juice, stir frequently. Feel free to add a pinch of sugar or some Agave syrup drops while you mix.
- Pour in Matcha Green Tea Popsicles mold, reserve.
- Mix or blend together all of the rest of the ingredients: Matcha, Yogurt, Agave.
- Add mixture over the blueberry layer in the Popsicle mold.
- Let Blueberry Matcha Popsicles freeze overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- To remove from the mold, add some running water and pull out carefully.
