Matcha Yogurt Bark Recipe
Servings: 15 pieces
Prep time: 10 minutes, 3 hours freezing time (best if left overnight)
Total time: 3 hours 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 10gr of Premium Classic Grade Matcha Oishii
- 2 Tbsp of Agave Syrup, Maple Syrup or Honey
- 300gr of vegan Coconut Yogurt, replace with greek yogurt if desired
- 1/2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (do not add if you use dairy yogurt)
- Toppings of your choice! We used dried strawberries, coconut flakes, and nuts

DIRECTIONS
Matcha Yogurt Bark Recipe
- In a bowl, mix the Coconut Yogurt with the lemon juice and stir. If you decide to use regular dairy yogurt, do not add lemon juice.
- Add the agave syrup and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour in the Matcha green tea powder and mix well, until you get an even green color.
- Pour your matcha yogurt bark mixture over a flat tray.
- Add your favorite toppings, we love to use dried strawberries, walnuts and coconut.
- Allow for the mixture to freeze for at least 3 hours, it is best to leave overnight.
- Take out of the freezer and cut in even pieces.
