METHOD
1. Start by adding 2 to 4 scoops with your Chashaku bamboo scoop or 1 to 1.5 tsp of Organic Matcha Oishii powder to your Chawan matcha tea bowl.
2. Add a bit of water to the Chawan matcha bowl and whisk it until you make a thick matcha paste, add the rest of the water, and whisk rapidly moving your hand back and forth in an "i" shape, until you create top foam, for about 20 seconds.
If you do not have a chawan, you can also do this in a cristal jar. Simply add the Matcha powder to the jar, then the water and shake until its all well combined. We do, however, recommend whisking your Matcha as this will give it a better froth. But, if you are on the go or have no whisk, this will do it.
3. Add the vanilla syrup.
4. Pour in the milk.
5. If you want an iced vanilla matcha latte, add the ice cubes now.
6. If you want a hot iced vanilla matcha latte, don't forget to warm up the milk before adding it to your vanilla matcha latte.
We know you’ll love this recipe as much as we do!
