What is a matcha latte? Well, matcha literally means powdered tea. So, matcha is the green tea powder of the green tea leaf. That means that, when you drink matcha you actually eat the entire leaf, not like regular tea where you only get the nutrients of what's left in the water, after steeping your tea.

Ingredients
40ml Water
180ml Oat Milk or your favorite plant based milk, almond, macadamia, cashew milk or coconut work great!
1/2 tsp Vanilla Syrup or Agave or Your Favorite Sweetner (Optional)
1/2 to 1 tsp organic Matcha Oishii powder

METHOD
Grab your tea bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of organic Matcha Oishii powder depending on how strong you like your matcha latte, if you're used to the taste of Matcha, you can do 1 tsp.
Add a few drops of water to the organic Matcha and make sure you mix all of the matcha powder very well. You need to make a matcha paste, and dissolve all of the matcha.
It is much better for you to use a matcha whisk as it will foam your matcha better and dissolve your matcha very quickly. But, make sure that you always soak the prongs of your chasen bamboo matcha whisk for them not to break.
If you don't have a matcha whisk, simply shake your matcha powder with the water in a cristal jar until it's well dissolved. Make sure you add the 40ml at once.
If you are using the matcha whisk, and you already have a thick matcha paste, then add the rest of the water and whisk your matcha from front to back until you create top foam.
Leave your matcha tea aside. And, pour 180ml of plant based milk in your favorite cup!
Pour your matcha on top of the milk.
Lastly, add the sweetner if you wish.
Mix with a spoon or an eco-friendly straw and enjoy!
