CHOCOLATE SHELL MATCHA NICE CREAM RECIPE

For the Matcha Nice Cream
1/4 cup coconut milk, can be other milk too (your favorite milk is fine, but coconut milk makes it creamy and gives it a nice flavor)
6 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mangoes
1 1/2 tsp organic Matcha Oishii powder

For the Magic Chocolate Shell
2 tsp of coconut oil
4 Tbsp of dark chocolate (can be vegan too)
1. Start by blending all of the matcha nice cream ingredients together. It is very important to start with the liquid first, that will make it easier on your blender. Do not forget to stop your blender and tamper to not overheat the motor of your blender or food processor. Scrapping whatever is stuck on the sides of the bowl and incorporating it to the center. Make sure the matcha powder is well incorporated and you have an even green color.
2. Once that the matcha green tea nice cream is ready, serve in your favorite bowl and reserve.
3. Quickly, and without taking long, because you don't want the matcha nice cream to melt. Prepare the magic chocolate shell.
Make the chocolate shell by melting in low heat the coconut oil together with the dark chocolate. Making sure you stir often, until they are both well incorporated and the chocolate is all melted. You want to have a liquid consistency in the end.
4. Pour the warm chocolate on top of the frozen nice cream. You want to make sure you do this as evenly as possible, without making any double or thick layers, otherwise the chocolate shell will be too thick to crack easily.
