METHOD

To make the most delicious matcha white chocolate cookies you will need two different mixing bowls.

Start by mixing both the white and brown sugar with the melted butter until you have a creamy and rich mixture.

Then add the egg and mix until it is all well incorporated.

Set aside.

Grab your second bowl and pour the rest of the ingredients, mix them well together, making sure that your organic Matcha Oishii is well incorporated.

Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid creamy mixture to make these delicious matcha white chocolate cookies!

When you have mixed all of the ingredients well, set aside and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Once you have refrigerated your matcha cookies mix, it is time to scoop your matcha cookie dough. Make scoops and set on a baking tray over parchment paper.

Chewy Matcha White Chocolate Cookies Recipe - Matcha Oishii

Bake the matcha white chocolate cookies at 180C for exactly 12 minutes, do not bake longer, as they will not be chewy otherwise. They will seem a bit undercooked, but once you let them cool in a cooling rack for 15 minutes, these will be the best matcha white chocolate cookies you have ever tasted!

If you want cookies that are not chewy and you prefer a more solid texture, you can bake these matcha white chocolate cookies 3-4 minutes longer.
